I’ve been dancing all my life — it would be pure joy to dance with you too! I received my dance training from the New England Dance Conservatory and Ithaca College, and performed with the New England Dance Theater, Six Flags New England, Moving West Repertory Dance Theatre and Hip Hop Mamas.

When I discovered Zumba®, I fell in love. Zumba® classes give you a full-body workout, but with the feel of a dance party! I took classes with so many talented instructors and earned my Zumba® and Zumba Gold® licenses in 2018. I had the pleasure of teaching more than 750 classes for JRO Fitness, also known as Zumba with Judy.

Today, I teach Zumba® and Zumba Gold® (hence the CathyAllen”Z”), as well as other dance fitness formats in person and online. Join me for a public class, or reach out and let’s customize a dance fitness class for your business or organization.
